Paul began working with TTSG in 2012, bringing nearly 40 years of CPA experience to our company. He has helped us develop from a small startup company to a multimillion-dollar organization. Paul has operated his own certified public accounting and tax preparation firm, Jones, Savarese, Harrington & Company, for over a decade.

Having started his career in the copier industry in 1990, Brad has spent more than three decades building expertise in technical support, operations, and customer care. He joined TTSG in 2017 and played a key role in strengthening our reputation for responsiveness and reliability. Today, he leads the service department, overseeing internal processes and operational performance to ensure TTSG delivers on every promise.

Rick brings over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to TTSG. He’s passionate about building strong teams and making sure people are set up to succeed from day one. Rick focuses on the full employee experience, from hiring and onboarding to growth, performance, and culture. He works to create processes that help team members thrive both professionally and personally.

Cole is a highly driven leasing manager responsible for securing financing for our customers. He got his start in the restaurant industry, where managing vendor relationships, negotiating orders, and balancing tight budgets laid the foundation for his early experience in customer service and financial decision-making. At TTSG, Cole has worked his way up through the sales department from a BDR to his current leasing position.

Since joining the team in 2014, he has been instrumental in shaping the outstanding customer support we’re known for today. As Service Manager, John leads by example, sharing his deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with fellow technicians.
