Announcing the 2026 Chicago Titan 100 Recipients

As the founder of TTSG, Tim Ward has built one of St. Charles’ most dynamic and resilient companies—one that quite literally began “from a cardboard box.” Launching the business in 2010 during one of the most challenging economic recessions in decades, the then-29-year-old entrepreneur carved out his own niche by helping organizations navigate emerging technology and make informed, strategic decisions.
Tim established TTSG with a clear mission: to empower business owners with a true understanding of their operational landscape so they can take decisive action to stabilize and grow their companies. Through his leadership, the organization has become a trusted partner for clients seeking clarity, innovation, and technological advancement.
