Sales Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
  • Create a detailed business plan to facilitate and measure the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Report weekly progress on targets with the Sales Manager and provide proactive resolutions to follow
  • Create, manage, and review (with Manager) weekly calendar in Salesforce
  • Input daily, all planned and unplanned activities into Salesforce. This includes new customers, tasks, events, closing paperwork, etc.
  • Prepare proposals with gross profit within company accepted guidelines
  • Provide accurate closing paperwork; including realistic build-out and financing
  • Follow up with existing customers and cross selling of products
  • Provide professional after-sales support and problem-solving to enhance customers’ satisfaction with TTSG and our services

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B, large/strategic customer segment
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics

Business Development Representative

Business Development Representatives are tasked with working side by side with select Major Account Executives and Account Executives assisting in the development of leads, building relationships, and maintaining new accounts for TTSG. We will provide our BDRs the opportunity to experience the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing a deal with the guidance and leadership of seasoned sales professionals. This role will focus on developing new customers/prospects while educating them on the advantages of purchasing products/services from TTSG using value propositions based on customer service, quality of products, and seamless installation within the sale and closing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business through cold-calling and several other means
  • Set appointments with decision makers and attend appointments with the Account Executive
  • Report weekly progress on targets with Account Executive and provide proactive resolutions to follow
  • Create, manage, review (with Manager) weekly calendar on the CRM tool
  • Assist in product demonstrations
  • Perform weekly research on territory top 100 accounts
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, which includes the development of different strategies and reviewing the pipeline of potential clients
  • Prepare documents and materials needed in the various stages of the sales cycle
  • Assist with the management of current accounts
