We, Portillo’s Hot Dogs, previously had a long-term agreement with a TTSG competitor for all of our copy equipment needs. In early 2015, as our agreement was coming to an end, we met with several competitors to collect comparative pricing and service data. Upon the conclusion of our research, we decided to end our relationship with our previous provider and awarded our business to TTSG.
TTSG moved in at the close of our previous agreement in June 2015. TTSG had staff and support members on site to complete the install, as well as any necessary training on the new equipment for our office team. In addition, TTSG removed our existing equipment and completed the equipment return for us. The entire TTSG team assigned to our account was professional and accommodating. They made themselves readily available for service needs and/or equipment questions the days following our install, all the way up to today (nearly 18 months later).
In December 2015, we transitioned our entire printer program, which was previously overseen by our internal IT department, to TTSG. We currently have 48 locations nationwide and each location has a minimum of 2 multi-function print units. As we continue to expand across the country, we are adding more TTSG equipment into our stores.
In our 18 months with TTSG we have been very happy with the service that not only our sales rep has provided, but also their IT and service team members. All office service calls are responded to same day or first thing next day with minimal operational down time.
Additionally, because our locations require print capabilities into the late hours of the night (midnight in some cases) TTSG has been able to accommodate late night service calls in which they will try to troubleshoot over the phone, but if needed will make a site visit.
