Meet Our Service Team.

TTSG’s Service Team is truly the backbone of our success. As a company, we are known for optimizing workflows and simplifying daily operations. This is the group that makes it happen. Our Service Team is on the front lines helping customers, organizing deliveries and expertly installing each of our products. They keep things moving and allow our clients to focus on their own success instead of their document management needs.

Our Service Departments.

TECHNICIANS

Our team of expert technicians are responsible for building and testing all equipment preceding delivery. They ensure proper functionality and optimum up time for each of our clients. Our technicians also provide post-sale hardware support such as trouble calls and periodic maintenance visits.

MPS IT

The MPS IT team handles all operations relating to IT services for customers’ MPS and MFP devices, both pre and post-sale. This includes planning deliveries as well as organizing the installation of our IT products. As experts in the technology field, our IT team provides support to our customers through administration training on equipment and software. They also assist customers by troubleshooting any technical issues they may have.

FLEET & LOGISTICS

Our fleet and logistics department is responsible for the daily coordination of equipment deliveries and moves, both local and out-of-state. This team gets our products from one place to another, safely and efficiently. The logistics team also maintains lease return inventory.

CUSTOMER CARE

Our customer care department is the fuel behind our award-winning service. All initial service calls are received by this department and transferred to the appropriate service team. Our customer care representatives handle all customer supply replenishment requests. They monitor each alert to assure ship-outs are sent in a timely manner.
